The casino in Nagasaki and access

The casino in Nagasaki has a plan of being built in the popular theme park, ‘Huis Ten Bosch’ in Sasebo city, Nagasaki.

 
Huis Ten Bosch is a theme park that originates from Holland, (especially the capital city Amsterdam) visitors can enjoy the beautiful European style buildings and colorful tulips and shops where they can purchase authentic Holland cheese.

 
The size of the site is about 1.5 times that of Tokyo Disneyland and the businesses have improved sales since HIS tourism company joined into the management, so it is now stated as being the same as Tokyo Disneyland and Universal Studios Japan, so it’s one of the three major theme park in Japan.
 
* Holland does have a casino, but it has no relation to the casino in Nagasaki.

As of July, 2018, it is said that is an operating company of huge IR resorts everywhere in the world such as Singapore, Makau, Philippines and Las Vegas “Las Vegas Sands“, a major casino company in Las Vegas “MGM Resorts International” and a major casion company in Hong Kong “Melco resort & Entertainment” are going to receive management rights for the casino in Nagasaki.
 

Access

1. It takes about 50 minutes from Nagasaki Airport to Huis Ten Bosch on the express ferry.
2. It takes about 70 minutes from Hotel Europe and Hotel Amsterdam on the free ride bus service for hotel guests.
3. It takes about 70 minutes from Nagasaki Airport to Huis Ten Bosch by bus.
4. It takes about one hour and a half from JR Nagasaki station to Huis Ten Bosch station on the Nagasaki line or the Omura line express (seaside liner).
5. It takes about one hour and 20 minutes from JR Nagasaki station (Chuobashi) to Huis Ten Bosch on the Nagasaki prefectural bus.
